Shipping

When is my order shipped?

We ship within 24 hours of the order being placed.

How long will it take to receive my order?

U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. First Class International orders typically arrive in 8-10 business days, but it can take up to 3 weeks.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx.

How can I track my order?

If you registered, you can track it here. You'll receive both an order acknowledgement and a shipment notification that includes tracking details.

What are the shipping rates?

Free for U.S. orders over $49. Other shipping options and estimates can be previewed by adding items to the cart.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. We ship to international, APO, FPO, addresses, and U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes.

How do I return an item?

Email us that you will be sending an item to be returned. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return instructions. You drop the items in the mail, and we will refund your purchase.

How safe is it to order online?

Our online payment processing is provided by industry leading Shopify. You can also use Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. All major credit cards are accepted.

How do I order as a gift to someone?

Use your email and billing information with recipient's name and shipping address, and let us know that it's a gift, in the notes when ordering.


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

If for any reason you're not satisfied on your purchase from us, you can return it. We will accept returns of unused and unwashed items with tags for a refund or exchange within 31 days of purchase. More on our hassle-free return policy, here.

What is your product warranty?

Mochibrand® products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a full year after the purchase of the product. More on our warranty policy, here.

Can you print our team logo?

Yes, we can help you customize. We have worked with groups small and big. Email us.

What can be customized for a group order?

Really depends on the ordering quantity and your budget. Anything is possible.


Features

What is the volume capacity of the bags?

Full size is 14-liter. Mid size is 10-liter. Slim size is 8-liter.

How much stuff can I put in the bag?

You can fill about 18 cans of soda found in the U.S. in the Full size. 15 cans in the Mid size, and 12 cans in the Slim size.

Is the exterior waterproof?

The exterior fabric is water-repellent.

Are the cords adjustable?

Yes, they are adjustable for customized fit. They are also interchangeable and can be replaced.

Are the bags machine washable?

Machine washing is not recommended. Damp wipe and hang dry for best results.

How do I fold the bag like in some photos?
